SHIPMENTS
ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON uses MRW courier company for both domestic and international shipments.
Purchases within Spain will arrive between 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). International shipments will take 5-7 business days to arrive. These delivery times are approximate and counted from the time of shipment. We will always attempt to do so within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Consider that these deadlines may be somewhat longer in periods of more movement.

Please note that import and customs duties may be added for shipments to countries outside the European Union. These will vary depending on the country where the shipment is made and will be at the expense of the buyer. We recommend that you check with the import offices in your country to avoid unexpected charges. Please note, that orders with more than one item may require extra payment for shipping charges depending on destination.
Insurance and Receipts.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and will require a signature with your delivery.
Please check your billing details and shipping address when making your purchase.
Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This message will be followed by a second email with the shipping number information once we have made the shipment. In case you do not receive any receipt or lose it please contact us to resend it.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON will accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of receiving the product. After that date, we will not accept the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online shop. The products must be returned unused and in perfect condition, considering the packaging part of it, with all labelling intact and the respective accessories.
ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON will not accept exchanges or returns for customer errors in selecting the color of the product.
Changes may be made as long as there is availability, except for discounted products that can be exchanged but not returned.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the buyer. These shipping charges will only be refunded if we consider the error occurred before shipping.
ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON will refund the entire value of the product within 10 days of its receipt in our warehouses, and will be returned in the same way as the purchase payment was made. Please be advised that ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON will not refund international or customs taxes.

Damaged Products
ÜRCHÏN COLLECTÏON is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring once the products have been deposited with the courier company. In case you receive a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible. Please keep all relevant documentation in order to be able to file a complaint. If the package you receive is damaged and the shipper cannot stay until you open it, please acknowledge the fact and be sure to sign the delivery as “Damaged Package – Product Not Yet Inspected”.
